Corteviva Boutique Cottage are two very elegant mini lofts with external porch and garden. They are the annex of the main period residence. Our cottages have been carefully designed to offer a cozy atmosphere, enriched with artwork, craftsmanship, and personalized services. Each corner is designed to convey a sense of warmth and authenticity, welcoming guests into an situation that makes them feel at home while enjoying all the comforts and amenities.
Each cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of a kitchen, sofa bed, bedroom with king size bed and complete bathroom with chromotherapy. In summer it is possible to use the above ground swimming pool measuring 10 m x 5 m x 1.20 m, the 6-seater hydromassage tub and the solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas. Free parking and wifi, air conditioning. At 800 meters there are two restaurants, at 50 meters there is a mini market and within 5 km you can find another 20 restaurants. Perugia and Assisi are 10 minutes away by car and in 20 minutes you can reach the most beautiful villages in Umbria including Spello, Bevagna, Gubbio, Montefalco, Lake Trasimeno, Sellano, Montone, Castello di Antognolla, Golf Club Perugia.
